Our Good Hotel Awards are free to enter and purely based on merit, spotlighting the most deserving¹.
We celebrate top-notch rooms, service, and value, basing our awards on what matters most: customer opinion. By using customer feedback/online reviews/nominations/votes², we ensure our awards reflect genuine guest experiences. Many awardees continue to shine by maintaining the high standards that first earned them recognition¹.
Every year, the competition among entrants is tough. With 38,939 Hotels³ in the UK, our readers always have plenty to choose from.
